Civil Contractor Appointed at Larkview, Mt Barker

We’re pleased to announce that National civil contractor Winslow Constructors has been appointed to deliver the first phase bulk earthworks across Stages 1 – 4 at Larkview, our first South Australian community.

With a proven track record in large-scale civil construction and masterplanned communities across Australia, Winslow brings the capability, experience and momentum required to bring Larkview to life.

Delivery of the project is supported by Neoscape (Project Manager), Spiire (Civil Engineer), Clover Green (Landscape Architects) and Oliver Hume (Selling Agency) whose expertise continues to play a key role in shaping this community.
