Larkview Announced as Finalist

A community taking shape, and gaining recognition!

We are proud to celebrate Larkview, which has been named a finalist in the Marketing Excellence category at the 2026 UDIA SA Awards for Excellence.

Larkview is Jinding’s first South Australian development, launched into a crowded Mount Barker land market and with a site that had limited visibility from the road.

Our marketing campaign overcame these challenges by building a distinctly different brand and strategy to many others. We opened our sales office on Mount Barker’s main street, embedding ourselves in the community from day one. And we launched a strong proposition to first homebuyers, who were underserviced in the local area.

The results spoke for themselves. The first release sold out on opening weekend, and Larkview reached its 100th land sale five months ahead of schedule.

Being named a finalist by UDIA SA is recognition of the strategy behind these numbers and is a proud moment for everyone who helped bring Larkview to life.
