Larkview Receives Planning Approval
We’re excited to share that Larkview, our $180 million masterplanned community in Mount Barker, has officially received planning approval from the Mount Barker District Council.
Spanning 22.38 hectares, Larkview is set to deliver more than 350 residential lots alongside generous green spaces and parkland, all thoughtfully designed to enhance local liveability while preserving the natural environment.
This new neighbourhood is one of the last remaining sites to be developed in Mount Barker and will form an important link between new and established communities, improving both connectivity and traffic flow in the area.
With Mount Barker’s population forecast to reach 60,000 by 2027, demand for quality housing and well-connected communities is rising rapidly. Larkview will play a crucial role in meeting this demand, offering a mix of housing opportunities and green spaces that reflect the values of the local community.
In addition to delivering new homes, the $120 million development will retain established trees, introduce new parkland, and integrate seamlessly with nearby amenities – helping future residents feel at home from day one.
