Tayla and Caleb Lay the Foundations for Their Future at Larkview

When Tayla and Caleb began their house hunting journey, they were torn between renovating and building. After plenty of research, they realised building would not only be more affordable but would also give them the freedom to create exactly what they wanted.

“We were looking for around six months when we came across Larkview. My partner and I have always loved Mount Barker but felt it was too far out of our price range. We fell in love with the natural beauty Larkview promises and were surprised that it fit our budget.”

The couple has since locked in a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home featuring three living areas and a double garage — giving them plenty of room to grow.

“We love a country town vibe, but as a young couple with plans for a family, being in a secluded country town isn’t ideal. Mount Barker offers the best of both worlds – seclusion, community and also everything you need for a great lifestyle.”

Now, Tayla and Caleb are looking forward to embracing the outdoor spaces, walking trails and active lifestyle – “and can’t wait to see Larkview take shape!”
